These Terms of Service apply when you use the Maison Vauré website or purchase from us. By using the store, you agree to these terms and the policies linked on the store.
Store Use
You must provide accurate information and use the store only for lawful purposes. You may not interfere with store security, misuse content, introduce harmful code, commit fraud, or violate another person's rights.
Products and Specifications
We make reasonable efforts to describe and photograph products accurately. Lab-grown diamond weight, metal purity, dimensions, colour appearance, and other details can vary by style, size, and selected option. Product photographs may appear different because of lighting and screen settings. Contact us before ordering if a particular specification is essential.
Prices, Orders, and Payment
Unless stated otherwise, prices are displayed in CAD. Shipping, duties, and applicable taxes may be added at checkout. Submitting an order does not guarantee acceptance. We may refuse, limit, or cancel an order for inventory errors, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment issues, or legal reasons. If we cancel a paid order, the affected amount will be refunded.
Payments are processed through Shopify and enabled third-party payment providers. Your use of a payment method may also be governed by that provider's terms.
Shipping and Returns
Shipping is subject to our Shipping Policy. Returns and refunds are subject to our Returns & Refunds Policy. Delivery dates are estimates unless expressly guaranteed in writing.
Intellectual Property
Maison Vauré branding, original text, graphics, logos, and store content may not be copied, republished, or commercially used without permission, except where law allows.
Disclaimers and Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the store and its content are provided without guarantees beyond those expressly stated. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be limited.
Changes and Governing Law
We may update these terms by posting a revised version. These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Canada and the province or territory where Maison Vauré is established, without limiting mandatory consumer protections where you live.
